Whole Life Cycle Management of Prefabricated Construction Research Based on BIM Technology
Now prefabricated construction become the focus of the research, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated construction, and points out the problems exposed by the prefabricated building in management. The BIM technology is introduced into the whole life cycle of prefabricated construction, detailed elaborated the BIM technology application in the whole life cycle of prefabricated construction management. The analysis results show that BIM technology has vast application prospect in the whole life cycle of prefabricated construction management throughout the design, production, construction, and operation and maintenance aspects.
