A Research on Rating System of Green Construction
Now no complete and authorized rating system of green construction has ever been issued in China, which has made it impossible to promote the ideal of green construction in the country. Therefore, establishing a rating system in this field has become urgent. To tries to establish a framework for rating green construction through three folds, including environmental impact during the construction process, energy efficiency and on-site comprehensive management. As green building, a complex product constituting a multitude of goals and factors, features Grey System, to proposes using grey clustering model to certify building projects so as to better achieve the goals of greener construction.
