Based on the trend of social development and the actual situation of universities, this thesis puts forward "solar"" heat" and" wind", the renewable energies suitable for university library construction and methods of their utilization, and meanwhile draws such conclusions as “giving full play to the role of Architects"," strengthening the professional cooperation" and" designing from the overall perspective".
