Accompanied by the rapid economic development of China, the development velocity of cities is increased remarkably. But typical urban inclusive problems are also inevitable, such as huge differences in life quality, vulnerable districts separating by spatial barriers. In this paper, we make a brief analysis of the urban comprehensive design overview and scope of the study at first. And propose the principals of inclusive design as practicability, context relating and fairness attention. The purpose is to combine urban comprehensive design and promoting city inclusiveness in a new perspective. And discuss aspects what need to pay particular attention in inclusive comprehensive urban design. In order to achieved a fair and optimal allocation of social resources in entire society space. At last, give a brief conclusion about the inclusive comprehensive urban design significance in the current urban development for the cities.
