Shopping mall plays an important role in a city’s public space. It is the major site for the economic information exchanging, a vivid reflection of a city’s economic status, and to a large extent, it is a miniature of the city. This paper analyzes the function division, indoor space, mass and elevation of shopping mall, and thereby summarizes the future trend in the development of major commercial building.
