This article discusses two significant challenges that AWWA faces in 1965‐67. The first is becoming known as the spokesman for the water utility industry. The second challenge involves changes within AWWA to aid in coordinating the future program of AWWA. The changes are related to new concepts in staff and committee functions to accommodate new and existing programs.
