Examples of Testing and Monitoring Programs
The results of an exploration shaft and adits and of the corresponding laboratory and field tests in the Lias α and Knollenmergel formation are outlined. Structural models and characteristic rock mechanical parameters are derived.
The exploration shaft and adit as well as the corresponding laboratory and field tests in leached Gypsum Keuper are presented as the second example for a testing and monitoring program. Here, the characteristic deformation modulus and the shear parameters are also verified by back analyses of the results of monitoring, obtained during construction of a subway station.
