Survey Says Public Willing to Pay More for Reliable, High‐Quality Water
A recent public opinion survey by Orange County Water District (OCWD) shows that 68% of respondents would pay $5‐10 more per month to increase the quality of their water. Another 75% of those surveyed said that they would pay higher rates to increase the reliability of their water. A random sample of 500 registered voters from the OCWD service area in north and central Orange County was polled.
