Eine Plattform für die Wissenschaft: Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur und Urbanistik
We celebrated part of our international theme earlier this year with the reboot of our Water Worldwide column, which was written by Paul Reiter, in April and Roger Patrick's article about global water supply problems in March. The future water supply situation is dire in many countries, and, in some the crisis is now. Patrick made one point especially clear: We are currently engaged in an international trade of “virtual water” even today. Several articles this month represent many facets of the international efforts taking place. You will notice that expanded summaries for peer‐reviewed articles are now a single page. It became clear that an expanded summary of two pages was too long when what we are really trying to do is encourage the interested reader to peruse the full article online.
