In this chapter, a last step before delivering a building is discussed, namely the way the outer walls at the inside, party walls, partitions, ceilings at the inside and floors are finished. Pass the overview: plastering, mounting hung ceilings, carpentry and activities as painting, papering and others. All create their own problems. But firstly, something is said about the building services needed to make buildings comfortable in terms of services and comfort while consuming as little energy and causing as little carbon emissions as possible.
