The organization definitely does not want to have someone with little or no experience developing its playbook because there is a fine line between too much detail and too little detail. As BIM increasingly becomes an owner requirement, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders must keep up with the intellectual demand BIM places on an organization in order to remain BIM compliant. Case studies should summarize the experience gained utilizing BIM on past projects and should be stored electronically for use on future projects.
