EFFECT OF PARTICLE SIZE ON TURBIDITY REMOVAL
Monodisperse latex spheres, whose diameters can be closely controlled, were found to be ideal suspension‐material subjects with which to study turbidity removal. Findings indicate a clear relationship between the particle size of suspended latex and other materials and the effectiveness of different destabilizing agents.
