The Future Ain't What It Used to Be
In his column, AWWA Executive Director Jack Hoffbuhr discusses four key questions about leading the country's businesses through the uncertain economic times we are currently experiencing. He states that the answers to these questions will determine how successful these businesses will be in the coming years. The questions include: how do we distinguish short‐term from long‐term trends; how do we keep our organizations agile in this rapidly changing environment; how do we create knowledge from data; and, how do we prepare employees to provide the future leadership in our organizations?
