Trusses Optimisation Under Multiple Variable Load
The main tool for this study is a program developed in C for the combined shape and topology design plane trusses under variable loading condition; a combinatorial optimisation technique known as simulated annealing is applied. The purpose is to find the best geometry and topology for the worst configurations of loads between a family of loads system to make the truss weigh as minimum as possible.
