Life-Cycle Cost Analysis for Infrastructure Systems: Life-Cycle Cost vs. Safety Level vs. Service Life
In this paper, an attempt is made to discuss the relationships among the minimization of Life-Cycle Cost (LCC), the optimal extension of structural service life, and the target safety level by using the multi-objective genetic algorithm.
