Research on Prefabricated Building Promotion Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
With the rapid development of China's economy, the construction industry has also ushered in a new direction of development. The short life of traditional buildings and the problem of poor safety has become more and more obvious. And as a new development direction in the field of construction, prefabricated buildings have attracted more and more attention. This paper that analyzes the current state of prefabricated buildings from three aspects of production technology, construction cost, and national policy uses the method of expert survey to construct the restrictive key influencing factor index system of prefabricated buildings, and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to building a model. Finally, the key factors that constrain the fabricated buildings are proposed on the basis of analyzing the results of the hierarchical method, and the impact on their development is supplemented.
