Distributing Denver’s Recycled Water
As it seeks to expand its system for distributing recycled water, Denver Water must contend with a host of challenges associated with underground construction in a heavily urbanized environment. As part of its most recently completed phase, the agency constructed a new pump station, a reservoir, and 6.5 mi (10.5 km) of transmission mains.
