Study on 3D Laser Scanning Measurement and Visual Expression Application in Suzhou Classical Gardens
To research a method of accurate measurement and visual expression for classical gardens of Suzhou, 3D laser scanning technology was used in this study. 3D laser scanning technology instrument was used to acquire cloudy data and Auto Cad software was used to process data and map image. Classical gardens' digital accurate measurement and 3D visual digital expression were realized. The result shows that 3D laser scanning technology can be used for classical garden's architecture and it may play an important role on protecting the rich garden culture heritage.
