Methods of Improving the Traditional Commercial Building to Ecologically Sustainable Development Building (Green Building)
In the building industry, there is a new innovation which called ecologically sustainable development (ESD). The ESD building aim to reduce energy costs, minimize the environmental impact and provide a healthy and comfortable work environment. This paper outlines a breakaway from antiquated design concepts and outlines how to improve the traditional commercial building methods with 1-2 Green star rating to be able to achieve the 5 star rating.
