A Planning Method on the Emergency Rescue Site against Natural Disasters of the Regional Highway Network
In order to reduce the loss of highway transportation caused by frequent natural disasters, it is necessary to carry out the study on the location planning method of emergency rescue sites against natural disasters of the regional highway network. First, the functional requirement and location factors of emergency rescue sites are introduced. Then the location planning of the highway emergency rescue site is analyzed in terms of four aspects, including customers, facilities, space and measurement. Second, the optimized location model is built on the base of minimizing construction costs and disaster losses. Finally, the location planning method has been applied to the Hangzhou highway network, and the economic and social benefits are obvious.
