Forensic Investigation of Marcy Pedestrian Bridge
The failure of the Marcy Pedestrian Bridge during its construction raised concerns about design and construction practices. To address these issues, the current study examined the design of the Marcy Pedestrian Bridge, and the physical cause of the collapse. To reduce the potential for similar future catastrophes, specific recommendations are made.
