Reflections on the Development of Green Construction
Green construction, whose core is “friendly environment saved resources and guaranteed quality,” is a kind of construction philosophy put forward at the request of the green buildings. To achieve this idea and promote green construction, we need efforts of all aspects and have support in policy, technology, management, etc. Especially, we need to clarify some factors which are conducive to the development of green buildings in China, including engineering general contracting, building information model (BIM), building industrialization, and green building materials and find out the existing problems. In particular, the analysis of the existing problems will effectively promote the development of green buildings.
