Incentive Compensation Structure for Cost Control of Construction Project Based on IPD-Ish in China
The purpose of the paper is to provide a reference for the theoretical study and practical application on the incentive mechanism which is applicable to the cost control of construction project based on IPD-ish in China. Given the limitations of the realization of IPD in China, this paper introduces IPD-ish into the construction project and constructs the responsibility matrix on cost control. Taking incentive compensation mechanism as the theoretical basis and drawing on the composition of incentive pool, this article designs a kind of incentive compensation structure to control cost of construction project based on IPD-ish. Based on the responsibility matrix on cost control, the method to realize the incentive compensation mechanism is deeply analyzed. Although the finding is main based on qualitative analysis at present, this paper provides a reference for quantitative research which is applicable to the cost control of construction project based on IPD-ish in China.
