Real Estate Brand Construction in China under the New Situation
The issuing of five new national regulations offers valuable advantages in developing a healthy real estate market in China. This paper - based on the analysis of real estate brand construction status - first dissects the problems of the construction of a real estate brand. Then, it proposes some measures to build the brand of real estate in the new situation in order to provide reference for the healthy development and brand construction of real estate in China.
