California's Aquariums and an Ocean Agenda for the Future: Providing the Connective Tissue
California's five major aquariums have formed a network to create a program to bring to their more than five million visitors each year the most important and timely findings and recommendations from the revised California Ocean Agenda that will result from this conference. They will combine these with those findings and recommendations of the President's Ocean Commission and the Pew Oceans Commission that are most relevant. This paper describes some of the programs and exhibits already being offered by these aquariums and others that will be created in response to this conference.
