Research on a Comprehensive Evaluation Model of New Residential Building: Energy-Saving Design
The new building energy saving work is one of the important tasks on the special plan of building energy saving. Evaluation of China for energy-saving design effect of new buildings is still in the initial stage. China has not established a complete comprehensive evaluation system for new building energy saving design. In order to build a comprehensive evaluation model of new residential building, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the index weight. As well, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry on the comprehensive evaluation. In addition, the paper uses this model to make an empirical analysis of Shi Jiazhuang Wanda Plaza, No. E2-1, which evaluates the design level of its energy saving. This model has the certain reference value for the construction of the standardization of building energy-saving work in China.
