Implementation of Lean Construction under the New-Type Building Industrialization Background in China
Compared with the traditional building industry, the building industry under industrialization system has much in common with the manufacturing industry and is more conducive to implementing the mode of lean construction, especially in current critical period of accelerating the development of new-type industrialization in China. Based on the introduction of the connotation of new-type industrialization and basic principles of lean construction, this paper analyzes the necessities and feasibilities of lean construction in the new-type building industrialization. By putting forward BIM as the supporting platform, combined with the integration management of project supply chain, the synergistic implementation mechanism of lean construction based on BIM technology is built, which is believed to be effective and valuable and will eventually provide important guarantees for the process of building industrialization in China, thus promoting the construction and management way to be more green and sustainable in architecture field.
