Research on the Evaluation of Investment Benefits in Ecological Infrastructure Project
This paper analyzed an ecological infrastructure project from the viewpoint of the economy and proposed the improved operational coefficient model of the project. It elaborated on the evaluation methods of projects and their adaptability to the evaluation of ecological environment projects, and it constructed the evaluation system based on social benefits. This paper constructed a measuring model and used the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the direct or indirect investment return of the ecological infrastructure project and purely social net benefits.
