A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Determination of air-water space to emphasize problems of avoiding damage from excess precipitation and runoff; application of laws of continuity and of conservation of energy is considered in order to point out basic principles involved in detailed planning and engineering problems involving management of air-water space; examination of economic concepts of storage and transportation and of planning criteria for urban area drainage and flood control system.
