The Ivana Condominium Tower, which will be referred to as The Ivana for the remainder of this document is a 75 story reinforced concrete structure in design. The residential tower section will stand 973 feet tall and have an 11 story mixed use podium. Figure 1 is a rendering of the Ivana. Figures 2 and 3 provide architectural drawings of an elevation and typical plan.
