A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Building a dynamic, timely updated and transferred new type of Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a very important and efficient health service for 300,000 Harbin Construction migrant workers. According to the investment and demand analysis, there is no currently available EHR for rural workers of Harbin construction. Thus, there is a great need for this. Combining the characteristics of Harbin construction workers, healthcare theories and information technology, the methodology and circuit for establishing EHR have been proposed. It can become the foundation of building EHR for Harbin Construction migrant workers.
