Straight Line Plotting of Skew Frequency Data
Valuable and suggestive papers have been presented to the Society in recent years on methods for the investigation of the frequency of rainfall and run-off of various intensities, for use in engineering design. This paper deals with the application of new equations for both the “Integral” or “Dur ation” Curve and the “Frequency” or “Differential” Curve; and for expressing the variations in the occurrence of phenomena which follow “Skew Frequency Laws” as to their distribution.
