Revenue Bond Financing for Airport Improvements
The reluctance to provide adequate airport facilities with public funds frequently may be overcome through the use of airport revenue bonds. However, if such a method of financing is to be used, it must be thoroughly understood by the engineer so that he will design the facilities on the basis of the economic requirements imposed.
