Predictive Analysis of Construction Enterprises Influencing Factors Based on SEM Model
The safety of the construction enterprises is related to people’s life and property. In order to better improve enterprise’s attention to safety factors, this paper selects a series of indicators like business quality, management method, and standardized operation in construction process to make data collection. Based on the reliability test and validation of SEM model, it clears the key content for preventing in the construction process. This paper introduces the thought of structural equation into this field research, and has established a construction safety relationship model, which includes the two parts of measurement model and structure model. In the measurement model, through the methods like data summary, questionnaire survey, data analysis, it gets a series of identification variables.
