Research on Supplier Partnership Management of Construction Enterprises under COVID-19
The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought great challenges to all walks of life. The main research content of this article is to discuss how to select suppliers, establish partnerships with suppliers, and how to maintain supplier relationships in the new environment. First, through combing the relevant domestic and foreign literature, combining field visits and expert opinions to construct a supplier selection index system, and proposing a data acquisition model based on the construction big data platform, and then using the expert scoring method to determine the weight of each index, combined with 20. The index data of each supplier is obtained and the total evaluation score of each supplier is obtained. As the sample data for BP neural network model training, a supplier selection model is constructed using the BP neural network algorithm. The training results show that the model can be applied to the supplier’s evaluation and selection. Second, by constructing a profit distribution model, the profit distribution between construction companies and suppliers in the traditional environmental cooperation mode and the new environmental cooperation mode is discussed, which can help construction companies and suppliers to form a dynamic and stable cooperative relationship, which is beneficial to enhance the competitiveness of the alliance as a whole and each enterprise. Finally, the maintenance strategy of construction companies’ supplier relations under the new crown epidemic is mainly given from four aspects: instant feedback, information sharing, risk prevention, and supplier supervision.
