Land Resources Utilization and Management in Mountainous Cities Based on Land Spatial Planning
With the gradual establishment of China’s land and space planning system, the urban spatial transformation of “multi-planning integration” emphasizes the high efficiency and intensification of land use. The coexistence of land resource scarcity and extensive utilization is particularly prominent in mountainous cities. From the perspective of spatial planning, this paper proposes to promote the intensive and economical use of land by reasonably determining the urban development boundaries, combining urban renewal with the territorial spatial planning to promote the efficient use of land resources in mountainous cities.
