Drilling Technology of Pre-Grouting Reinforcement with Directional Borehole in Coal Floor
Grouting reinforcement with borehole is an important method for water in-rush of the seam floor in an underground coal mine. In order to improve the grouting reinforcement effect with a borehole in the coal floor, the directional drilling technology with MWD is put forward and is used to drill a borehole inthecoal floor. Meanwhile, drilling requirements, process and technical points of the reinforcement directional borehole are studied in this paper. According to the experiment in the Zhaogu coal mine, the advanced management of the seam floor has been realized by the directional hole. The grout amount of a single directional borehole has been increased to double or triple times as compared with a rotary drilling borehole. This offers technical support for prevention and controlling of mine water.
