Research on the Construction of Villages' and Towns' Construction Standard Implementation Performance Evaluation Indicators System
Urbanization is one of the hottest issues during the two sessions in 2014. At the same time, it's increasing emphasis on the construction of villages and towns. The implementation of the villages and towns construction standard for villages and towns standardization construction has a crucial role. As a result, it also needs to establish an indicator system of evaluation to examine the standard implementation results of villages and towns. The paper focuses on the implementation performance evaluation indicators system of the construction of villages and towns. The establishment of a performance evaluation indicators system is from three aspectsd:(1) standard implementation situation; (2) standard implementation effect; and, (3) standards applicability. Through the three aspects, indicators are quantified. With the expert scoring method, redundant indicators are eliminated and indicators are optimized. With the SPSS17.0, the co-linearity is checked, indicators are optimized, and a complete evaluation of the indicators system is finally set up.
