State of Minority Contractor Participation
Recently, the technical press has repeatedly bared the issues of minority contractor participation. Its unfortunate state should not have arisen under the strictest sense of the Constitution of the United States; according to the founding spirit of the forefathers of this democratic republic. Fundamentally, the persistently recurring use of the word minority as it is commonly construed in the present-day society usage is racial and unconstitutional. The issues had been advanced to a degree of critical social importance.
