From Liability to Asset
By using cured-in-place pipe, the North Charleston Sewer District was able to rehabilitate its aging, deteriorating interceptor sewers despite challenging project conditions, including limited access and the need to operate in wetlands. In so doing, the district converted what amounted to a liability into a valuable asset.
