Water-Works Valuation and Fair Rates, in the Light of the Maine Supreme Court Decisions in the Waterville and Brunswick Cases
Eleven years ago a timely paper by Wynkoop Kiersted, M. Am. Soc. C. E., upon the “Valuation of Water-Works Property,”† and the very interesting discussion which followed it, shed much light on this important question, which was the outgrowth of a well-defined movement toward municipal owner ship of water-works.
