Evaluation Factors Creation Approaches of Resettled Towns in Wenchuan Seismic Area
The reconstruction work in Wenchuan seismic area has achieved great success which can be seen both from the government's reports and the victims' comments. But it was not studied that how to technically evaluate the status and the effect of such a great reconstruction process. Because of the complex situation, how to build an operable evaluation system in seismic area is the key problem. Take typical resettled environment as the research object, this paper make efforts to do a priority research to build the evaluation system. Four-step method and Triangular comprehensive evaluation method were employed to construct the evaluation factors set. Most of the evaluation factors were selected from the bottom-up survey. In conclusion, a set of factors which is suitable for the evaluation after resettlement were established. In the three different types of seismic areas, special factors which represent different modes have also been considered as well as the universality factors.
