Moment Balance: A Self-Checking Analysis of Rigidly Jointed Frames
The paper describes a method of analysis that has two main features: (a) If the end moments have been estimated previously, the estimate can be adjusted rapidly (a preliminary estimate is not essential, however); and (b) the arithmetical work is almost entirely self-checking.
