Influencing Factors for Project Interface Management
This paper categorizes the four different types of interface management: time interface, relational interface, information interface and environmental interface. On the basis of the categorization, the influencing factors index system is established and the DEMATEL model is constructed. By using the DEMATEL model, the key impact factors of project interface management are obtained. As an example, the paper analyzes the interface management influencing factors of the White fish bubble highway of Harbin, using DEMATEL model, and the result shows: engineering design, managers' communication skills, IT ability to apply, information-sharing platform and profit are the most important factors of the interface management of the project, which is in accordance with the actual result.
