In this paper, a series of static load tests undertaken to analyze the bearing capacity of bored piles with a straight shaft and another with reamed enlargements are described. The distance between the enlargements greatly affected the bearing capacities around the enlargements, and the effects varied from the sandy soil to the clayey soils. Then Dynamic load tests were employed to evaluate the bearing capacity of the piles. Finally, the effects of the base grouting were discussed.
