Complex Variable Solution for a Tunnel Excavation Problem by Considering Lining Inner Pressure
Considering a horse-shaped deep tunnel subjected to far-field stresses and lining inner pressure, a complex variable solution is presented in this paper to describe the stress and displacement distribution around the surrounding rock mass. The solution is implemented in the platform of MATLAB and then verified by numerical simulation in the platform of FLAC3D. In addition, the influences of far-field stresses and lining inner pressure on the stress and convergence along tunnel perimeter are discussed through case study.
