This paper addresses the benchmarking of a building performance monitoring toolkit developed for the US federal GSA (General Services Administration). The spreadsheet based toolkit focuses on technical performance aspects such as energy, lighting, maintenance and IAQ, etc. A benchmarking study focusing on the energy and lighting assessment is discussed.
