Research on Geological Disasters' Control Countermeasures of Pipeline Engineering
Attention has been focused on prevention of pipeline disasters for a long time. By summarizing the basis of past experience in the construction of the pipeline, the pipeline engineering geological disaster control now follows those prevention countermeasures:(1) establish a prevention concept of "early detection and early treatment" (with emphasis on "prevention"); (2) use a combination of prevention and treatment" for geological disasters; (3) reduce geological disasters from both macro (optimization pipeline route) and micro (specified construction) prevention; (4) in order to pay more attention to important areas, the areas are divided into emphasis prevention areas and general prevention areas, considering all stages of prevention work onto emphasis areas according to its whole life circle stages and putting limited resources and energies into these prevention areas of mass disaster-prone regions. Each stage of the project should consider disaster characteristics carefully. The prevention project should be easily constructed, economical and environmentally friendly.
