Comprehensive Evaluation of Heilongjiang Real Estate Market Health Status
After several rounds of regulation and the vigorous development, whether or not the regional real estate markets fall into crisis depends on the health of the markets. Starting from analyzing the health standard of the real estate market, this paper selects primarily the evaluation index of the real estate market health. Based on the statistical data of Heilongjiang Province of China in recent ten years,the primary indexes are classifiedby clustering methodology and the evaluation index system is constructed. By systematized method, the health interval of the Heilongjiang real estate market is determined from five perspectives of price, size, supply and demand, structure, and the dynamic analysis of 12 development indexes of real estate market is done.
