Study on the Efficiency Differences and Influencing Factors of China’s Regional Construction Industry
In this paper, we select the construction industry panel data of 30 provincial units in China for 2006—2015 years. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) method is applied to study the overall change trend and interprovincial difference of China’s construction industry efficiency, and the spatial econometric regression model is used to analyze the factors influencing the efficiency difference of provincial construction industry. The Chinese construction efficiency is evaluated, obtained in the past ten years, the construction industry China efficiency is relatively high, this is mainly due to the improved technology. The level of development and urbanization of construction industry has significantly improved the efficiency of construction industry, while the level of regional economic development is not conducive to the improvement of the efficiency of construction industry.
